Ms Nurliyana Awalludin Hospital Selayang

Nurliyana Awalludin is currently in her 15th year of service as a Clinical Dietitian with the Ministry of Health (MOH), Malaysia. Her interests are majorly in Weight Management and Nutrition Support. Her interest also expands to the management of nutritionally-depleted patients, particularly pre- and post-operative nutritional optimization. Being in the area of Surgical, she manages the whole spectrum of GI condition from malignant to benign for its nutrition. She has been continuously involved with the training of other Dietitians, as well as nurses on the variety of aspects of Enteral Nutrition and its care. She is the life and council member of Parenteral and Enteral Nutrition Society of Malaysia (PENSMA) and was the elected Honorary Secretary for 5 terms since 2011. She is also a member of the Malaysia Dietitians Association (MDA) and a committee member in the Dietetic Quality and Research Bureau (DQRB) under the MOH Dietetic Profession.
