Ms Zaridah Zainuri Hospital Tunku Azizah
Ms Zaridah Zainuri is a dietitian with 20 years of experience. She is currently working in Hospital Tunku Azizah (HTA) Kuala Lumpur which is a Women and Children Hospital. She obtained her Bachelor of Science (Dietetic) from Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia (UKM) in 2002 and pursued her post graduate study where she obtained Master in Medical Science (MMedSci) Human Nutrition, University of Sheffield, United Kingdom in 2014. She started her career in Hospital Tengku Ampuan Rahimah (HTAR) Klang in 2002, then went to Hospital Wanita dan Kanak-Kanak Sabah before transferring back to Peninsular Malaysia and working in Hospital Kuala Lumpur (HKL) specifically in Paediatric Institute of HKL. Her area of interest is paediatric and Inherited Metabolic Disorders (IMD).
Ms Zaridah is one of the Credentialing Sub-Specialty Committee for Dietitian, Allied Health Professionals, Ministry of Health Malaysia since 2017. She is also in the Sub-Specialty Committee for Paediatric Dietetic, Ministry of Health Malaysia as the chairperson. She has also contributed as one of the development group for Clinical Practice Guidelines (CPG) on Management of Atopic Eczema which was published in 2018. She is a member Malaysian Dietitians' Association (MDA) and was also part of the MDA Council for year 2007-2009. Ms Zaridah has also contributed her service to the Persatuan Pegawai Dietetik KKM as treasurer (2017-2018) and assistant secretary (2018-2020).
