NOTE:

  • For Hybrid Registration will be able to attend the in-person conference and access the virtual platform for Video-on-demand after the conference.
  • For Virtual Registration can only attend the conference via the virtual platform and access the virtual platform for Video-on-demand after the conference.
  • For abstract presenters are strongly encouraged to attend the in-person conference to present the paper(s).

Group Registration

  1. Gather a group of 5 Active MDA Member / group of 10 students.
  2. A representative (leader) send the group members' name and email address to the secretariat (conference@dietitians.org.my), kindly note that no share email is allowed, an individual email address is required for each of the member. 
  3. Each of the member will receive an email with UNIQUE link, the link is unique for each member therefore not to be shared.
  4. Member will require to use the link to complete the registration and make the payment.

Registration Policy

Cancellation

  • Cancellation before / on 5 May 2023, 75% of the registration fee will be refunded. 
  • Cancellation after 5 May 2023, no registration fee will be refunded. 
  • Any request for cancellation of registration must be in writing to the conference secretariat at conference@dietitians.org.my
  • All refunds will be process within one month after the congress.
  • Any bank services charges/ convenience fee/ administration fees/ taxes will be deducted from all congress registration refunds.

 

Name Change / Substitution

  • All registrations are only valid for the registered person.
  • If a registered delegate unable to attend the Conference may nominate a substitute delegate by notifying in writing to the Conference Secretariat latest by 25 May 2023 with complete information as required in the online registration form.
  • Any request for name change of registration must be in writing to the conference secretariat at conference@dietitians.org.my
